I want to lose weight but I am not all about that diet pill stuff. I tried weight watchers before but I was really busy with getting things ready for my wedding that it was the last thing on my mind to eat right.

I have a flat stomatch, but i have a little extra fat on my arms and my thighs. i have tried doing work out, but the only thing it does is it makes it stronger, ir doesnt reduce fat. how can i make them slimmer without going on a diet?
