    @sekirica9 yes you will definitely lose weight, at least I did. Remember also not to eat any junk food, because that helps a lot too.

    @koki41182, burpes, jumping jacks, dance…to me it’s much easier to just jog someplace. And more effective. I was losing 5lbs a week by jogging and dieting. 2lbs a week when I was working to lose my last 20 pounds.

    @koki41182, with my experience, you do exercises like these after you already lost the belly fat so you can show off your abs. The title for this video is very misleading. It will not make you burn fat.

    These are the best exercises i had ever seen I’m 13 and I’m doing this exercises for a month.I had 63kg now I have 61kg and my abs are starting to show up.
