I hate the whole “You know what i’m saying” it’s like that for every five seconds with some people…
I guess it’s a habit, but it’s one that makes you look so stupid…
Those pushups look like you were focusing more on your arms, I’m not sure if that was your intention.
Don’t bounce so much on the lateral raises.
Results will come quicker if you do excercises properly. I’m not trying to hate or anything just advise I guess.
